Don’t forget to bring along any necessary insurance documents as well as a photo ID for verification! If you’re unable to finish before arriving at our office, be sure to arrive early so that everything can proceed quickly upon checking-in.
Get Ready for Your First Visit! Take the time to create a list of questions you’d like to discuss with your therapist, plus make note of any significant signs and symptoms. Ensure important background details are written down – including past medical history, treatments received, and current medications or supplements taken – that could be helpful in informing your treatment plan. Don’t forget to call our office beforehand so we can assist in verifying insurance benefits too! Make sure you arrive fifteen minutes early on appointment day – don’t forget to bring along copies of both your photo ID and insurance card when coming into the clinic for care.
